Is this the next Batmobile or someone's failed attempt at 3d cad modeling?

Nope, just another fine product of Soviet engineering. Russian car and truck company Zil put out this concept for the army. It's an armored car that weights 4.5 tons and is powered by inline 4 Cummins.
